ServeClub Gears Up To Drive India’s Pickleball Movement With Fresh Funding
ServeClub, an emerging name in India’s growing pickleball scene, has announced the successful close of its seed funding round—signaling a bold step forward in its mission to make the sport more accessible across the country.
Backed by notable industry leaders including Manish Poddar (Co-Founder of Rare Rabbit), Pratham Mittal (Founder of Masters’ Union and Tetr), and Malika Sadani (Co-founder of The Moms Co.), the funding will support ServeClub’s product innovation, marketing reach, and community-driven expansion across India.
The company plans to channel the funds into developing its next generation of paddles and gear, while strengthening its distribution through both digital platforms and on-ground partnerships with clubs and venues.

Building A Made-in-India Pickleball Brand With Global Roots
Founded in 2024 by a group of international students from the US, Cuba, Mexico, Germany, and India during their time at Tetr College of Business, ServeClub has quickly positioned itself as a homegrown brand with global aspirations.
The company currently manufactures USAPA-certified paddles priced between INR 7,000 and INR 9,000—delivering quality on par with international brands, but at nearly half the cost.
“Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in India, yet access to quality, affordable gear remains limited,” said Jeet Totla, Co-Founder of ServeClub. “With this funding, we aim to expand our product line, deepen our court and club partnerships, and build India’s most trusted pickleball brand.”
Investors Back The Vision
ServeClub has already partnered with over 25 clubs, courts, and fitness-focused organisations, forming a network that reflects the sport’s rapid expansion in India. With ambitions to grow monthly sales by 20–25% over the next two quarters, the startup is also leaning into direct-to-consumer operations and grassroots events to connect with picklers across age groups.
“I am excited to lead the seed round for ServeClub, a brand that is filling a significant gap in the Indian sports equipment market,” said Manish Poddar. “The rapid growth of pickleball presents a unique opportunity to offer high-quality, affordable gear tailored for Indian players.”
Malika Sadani echoed the sentiment, highlighting the company’s inclusive and collaborative approach: “Their focus on building strong partnerships and fostering community engagement will be key drivers in scaling the sport’s reach.”
A Broader Mission: Democratising Access To Sport
ServeClub’s rise comes at a crucial juncture in India’s sporting landscape, where niche sports like pickleball are starting to capture mainstream attention. By keeping prices accessible while maintaining international standards, ServeClub isn’t just selling paddles—it’s building infrastructure for a sporting culture still in its early chapters.
With momentum now on its side and investor support in place, the brand looks poised to play a defining role in India’s unfolding pickleball story—one club, one court, and one community at a time.
